Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Records Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and traceability of aircraft maintenance records, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a collaborative individual who excels in data management and has a strong understanding of FAA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update maintenance records for aircraft engines, modules, and LLP components to meet FAA and CFM Manual compliance standards.
- Support operators with compliance updates, including material management and aircraft utilization data.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of flying hours, cycles, and other data submitted by Maintenance Analysts and customers.
- Oversee the integration of AMP/AAIP and major assembly changes into maintenance records.
- Manage technical records such as task cards, logbooks, ARC forms, shop visit reports, and other essential documents.
- Preserve and retrieve maintenance records in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Train and supervise Aircraft Records Specialists.
- Audit work package inputs and final paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless access to necessary records.
- Serve as a liaison to the Compliance team for FAA inquiries, providing research and resolving unmatched data issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance recordkeeping standards.
- Experience with auditing and compliance processes.
- Proficient in technical documentation, including task cards and logbooks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
