What You’ll Do
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR roadmap for LATAM, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion inclusivity and spearhead cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Talent & Workforce Development: Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning efforts to build a strong talent pipeline.
- HR Innovation & Transformation: Implement modern HR practices, leveraging innovative tools and processes for efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and proactively mitigate HR-related risks.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation strategies tailored to regional market conditions.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline HR processes, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or advanced certifications preferred).
- Experience: 10–15 years in progressive HR leadership roles, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.
- Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of LATAM labor markets, regulations, and cultural dynamics.
- Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
