Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that products meet basic design and quality requirements through visual and documentation checks.
- Provide objective and accurate records of inspection results.
- Perform regular audits, surveillance, and monitoring activities on incoming and outgoing parts.
- Identify and document any discrepancies using the designated non-conformance reporting system.
- Isolate and manage non-conforming items according to established procedures.
- Review rework dispositions and ensure corrective actions are documented.
- Support product and process verification reviews in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in visual inspection or quality assurance.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (minimum 2 hours continuously).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word; general computer literacy required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
