Warehouse Logistics Agent
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Type: In-Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Description:

Warehouse Agent to support critical shipping and inventory operations. This hands-on role ensures accurate handling, receiving, and delivery of sensitive materials that play a role in advancing healthcare solutions around the world.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. You'll join a mission-focused team where every package handled supports something bigger—hope, healing, and human life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, scan, and document all incoming shipments with attention to potential damage or discrepancies.
• Verify cargo accuracy against documentation and log findings using internal checklists and templates.
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory, ensuring items are stored in designated locations.
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments while ensuring compliance with TSA and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Assist with pick-up or delivery logistics as needed, including driving responsibilities.
• Support team goals and company key results with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Must possess or be willing to wear steel-toe shoes (not provided by the company).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment:

• On-site, in-person role.
• Oversee and enhance warehouse and logistics functions to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
