Service Technician
Quiet Waters Landing – Annapolis, MD
Starting at $24/hour phone allowance
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Quiet Waters Landing is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! You'll handle maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare apartment homes for new residents. We’re seeking someone reliable, customer-focused, and ready to grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
HVAC troubleshooting & maintenance
Plumbing repairs (strong plumbing skills preferred)
Electrical & appliance repairs
Drywall, painting, and carpentry
Groundskeeping & snow removal
On-call rotation for emergency maintenance
✅ Requirements:
3–5 years’ maintenance experience
Strong plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills
HVAC certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
Availability for rotating on-call shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
