Leasing Specialist – Allyson Garden I & II
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18 per hour commission opportunities

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll also play an essential role in creating a positive community atmosphere by planning resident events and ensuring resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal home.
- Conduct property tours of available and model apartments.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
- Provide top-notch customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Address resident concerns and help foster a strong sense of community.
- Plan and coordinate resident engagement events.
- Market the property through online listings and promotional activities.

- Strong sales skills with the ability to overcome objections.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) Certification preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
