About the Role
TTI Success Insights Office Coordinator is responsible for providing a warm, friendly first impression to all of our customers and guests. You will work from our Scottsdale headquarters Monday through Friday with a collaborative team driven by helping our world-class consultants solve problems with their global clients. You will play an integral role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly by providing excellent internal and external customer service and organization.This is not an entry-level role, but an integral and very important role in our company. We are looking for someone who truly will enjoy this role for many years to come!
What You'll Do
- People Responsibilities : Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, route calls, and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for all employees and guests. You'll spend 50% of your time on this key responsibility.
- Administrative Support : Handle mail, manage inventory, assist the executive team with administrative tasks, and support sales efforts with research and LinkedIn outreach. You'll spend 35% of your time on this responsibility.
- Meeting & Event Coordination : Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, coordinate catering, and ensure events run flawlessly. You'll spend 5% of your time on this responsibility.
- Supply & Equipment Management : Track and order office and kitchen supplies, oversee equipment maintenance and keep the workplace running smoothly. You'll spend 10% of your time on this responsibility.
