Interpret and follow grading plans and blueprints to ensure accurate surface preparation. Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and manage material flow and grade levels during operation to ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with other team members, including surveyors and site managers, to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations. Document and report on equipment performance, job progress, and any issues encountered during operations. Adjust blade settings and dozer controls as needed to accommodate different types of terrain and project requirements.
