Position Summary :
The Pumper / Lease Operator is a pivotal role within the oil and gas industry, serving as the primary operator responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of oil and gas wells and associated equipment. This role is instrumental in maintaining continuous hydrocarbon production while adhering to rigorous standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain lease production equipment.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine tasks such as general maintenance as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate production activities and achieve production targets.
- Document and report any issues or incidents that occur during operations.

Must pass a drug screen, MVR check, and background check according to local, state, and federal rules.
Physical Requirements :

The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time, unassisted. This job also requires full range of body motion to include handling and lifting. The incumbent must repeatedly lift and / or move up to 65 (SIXTY-FIVE) pounds unassisted. Visual acuity, hearing, speaking, reading, and writing must be adequate to perform all required tasks in a safe manner.
