TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Community Clinical Partner Lead (CNM1) with one of Ireland’s leading Intellectual and Neurological disabilities services in Ireland.
This Permanent post is based in the Dublin area working 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for work-life balance, with the opportunity for Hybrid Working .
The Role :
- The Community Clinical Partner, reporting to the Regional Head of Clinical Support Services, will provide support and clinical oversight in each assigned service in the standardised implementation of organisational clinical policy and procedures, ensuring full compliance with policy, statutory and legislative requirements and standards.
- Operating out of a social model of disability, you will have responsibility to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities receiving Cheshire Ireland services.
- Working as part of the Eastern Community Team you will be providing support with clinical assessments and promoting a culture of professional development for all staff in the region.
