Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:
An established company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and basic computer skills to assist customers at the counter. Location is a retail counter sales store with attached warehouse. Locations also provides large scale deliveries.

Previous experience in retail or supply parts stores is a plus.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product demonstrations to customers
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer purchases
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong knowledge of electronics, technology, or jewelry sales preferred
- Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
