Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative :
- Interact with customers face-to-face, serving as the initial point of contact and sales for the team
- Represent the team and play a key role in shaping the customer experience
- Guide customers to the most suitable product or service options
- Suggest premium solutions tailored to customer needs
- Assist customers with setting up and understanding new products
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and updates in technology for clients
- Contribute to achieving team and individual goals, as success is measured through a combination of both
- Exhibit strong teamwork abilities while demonstrating leadership skills when needed
Qualifications of the Customer Service and Sales Representative :
This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in Bakersfield, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
