As an Entry Level Business Manager with our company, you will be responsible for working with customers to manage their experience, provide personalized solutions, and promote AT&T products and services.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Business Manager:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day sales operations, including meeting with customers, presenting new services and products, and closing sales orders
- Manage sales targets and customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support by addressing any and all customer concerns to increase a positive customer experience
- Enforce company policies and procedures to continue to maintain a productive and compliant work environment
- Develop new customer relationships and customer accounts
- Recommend any product upgrades, promotions, or services where appropriate that meet customer needs
Qualifications of an Entry Level Business Manager:
- Prior experience as a manager, in customer service and/or sales role is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and manager potential
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills both with customers and when leading a team
- Understanding of new technologies is a plus
