The Team Member Trainee will be responsible for assisting senior team leaders with qualifying prospects and assisting with the sales and promotions of our client’s services while training on various business and management skills. The ideal Team Member Trainee will be very comfortable around people and excel in a hands-on customer service based role. Responsibilities : Learn and execute sales presentations to prospective customers throughout the Bakersfield region Execute all tasks assigned by the senior team leader or manager in a timely manner, adhering to all compliance regulations Working with team members to execute daily outreach initiatives assigned by Senior Manager Participate in planning and scheduling weekly outreach campaigns Other duties as assigned Requirements : High school diploma Previous experience working in a team setting or leadership role Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to retain professional at all times Able to work individually and as part of a team POSITION OVERVIEW : This is a full-time role based out of our office in Bakersfield Positions start immediately No experience is required Full training for all associates Pay is based off individual performance #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
