What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook at The Tuacahn Cafe position at Tuacahn Center For The Arts?
Seasonal Part Time May-December.
During concert and show season March through December- Day and Night Positions available.
Starting at $15.00/hour depending on experience-
One year experience preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY: It is the primary responsibility of the Line Cook to prepare and cook food on all stations in the kitchen and work under the direction of the Head Chef.
Position Requirements
A high school diploma or a GED equivalent is sufficient to work as a Line Cook.
Knowledge of handling frying items, and operating fryers and grills
Food handlers permit.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift heavy objects.
Other duties as assigned
