Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS (must be completed within 6 months of hire) TCAR (must be completed within 6 months of hire) NIHSS (must be completed within 6 months of hire) Job Details Contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with potential floating to ED, Med / Surg, or Peds as needed. Provides nursing care to critically ill patients and supports families in a 5 Bed ICU. Job Requirements Must have a valid RN license from the state of residence. Must provide copies of current immunizations, negative TB skin test proof from the last two years, documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations, Tdap, and Flu shot. Must maintain current valid certification of BLS, ACLS, PALS, TCAR, and NIHSS. Schedule Information Orientation every two weeks. COVID exemptions : No religious exemptions accepted; medical exemptions require approval. Unit Specific Information Position primarily within the ICU with responsibilities for critically ill patients. Additional Details Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
