Job Details
Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is a JCAHO accredited health center providing services to a 4,400 square mile area.
The hospital has a bed capacity of 73 and offers comprehensive inpatient / outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB / GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures.
The nursing staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, community health nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, CRNA, and community health medics.
The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or respiratory therapist will deliver modalities of respiratory therapy, emergent and intensive respiratory care, and diagnostic procedures.
Job Requirements
Must have an Associates degree in respiratory care or equivalent education (certificate of completion in respiratory care).
Must have two (2) years of experience in respiratory care at a general / acute hospital.
Must have and maintain a current valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Must have and maintain a current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any state of the United States, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
Must have and maintain a current valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Schedule Information
Work hours are 24 hour coverage rotational, day or night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
Orientation occurs every two (2) weeks only.

Facility currently has a low COVID census.
Additional Details
COVID EXEMPTIONS : We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
