Job Details
Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is a JCAHO accredited health center providing services to a 4,400 square mile area.
The hospital has a bed capacity of 73 and offers comprehensive inpatient / outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB / GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures.
Approximately 49% of the surgeries performed are outpatient / ambulatory surgical procedures.
The facility is located in Northwestern Arizona on the Colorado Plateau, offering a culturally rich environment.
Job Requirements
Must have an Associates degree in respiratory care or equivalent education (certificate of completion in respiratory care).
Must have two (2) years of experience in respiratory care at a general / acute hospital.
Must have and maintain a current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any state of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
Schedule Information
Work hours are 24 hour coverage rotational, day or night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
Orientation occurs every two (2) weeks only.
Unit Specific Information
The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or respiratory therapist will deliver modalities of respiratory therapy, emergent and intensive respiratory care, and diagnostic procedures.
Additional Details
Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start.
COVID EXEMPTIONS : We do not accept religious exemptions. Medical exemptions require approval from the medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
