Position Description Summary
Responsibilities : The PM shall develop and assist with the implementation of actions / projects in support of facility maintenance, repair, and construction activities, including providing design review comments; project and program management support; identification of energy savings projects, construction coordination and oversight; and other support activities to ensure that energy efficiency measures and water conservation measures are incorporated into all actions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven performance in military engineering and / or energy management
Experience with energy auditing, project development, life-cycle cost analysis, and building / facility operations
Education :
Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of experience OR degree in related field and 10 years of energy experience, or equivalent combination.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is required or should be obtained within first year of employment.
