Position Description Summary
The successful candidate will be accountable to:
- Serve as Tier 2 Customer Service support when calls need to be escalated from the financial specialist.
- Should have experience interfacing with grant recipients in order to address general grants related questions, conducting reconciliations of complex financial transactions and reviewing/editing financial policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work on complex financial inquiries and reconciliations; review the work of financial specialist.
- Perform data entry into the financial systems; complete special projects as assigned; and, in the absence of the project manager serve as acting.
What you bring
Experience, Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice or a related field
- 5 years of professional experience financial specialist
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience is highly desired
Location: Contractor’s Site or at a remote location
Remote work: eligible
