About the Role :
The Vice President of International Agency Holding Company Partnerships is responsible for leading and managing Tubi's strategic & programmatic relationships with major global advertising and media agency holding companies. This role will drive growth through the development and execution of partnership strategies that enhance the global footprint, increase revenue, and foster collaboration across markets. The VP will ensure seamless engagement with agencies, align with their business goals, and maximize the value provided to clients through the partnership ecosystem. The VP will raise marketplace awareness and maximize revenue for Tubi. This role will report to the Eastern SVP of Ad Sales.
What You'll Do :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement a global strategy for agency holding company partnerships to achieve business objectives
Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for Senior executives at global agency holding companies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu)
Lead efforts to identify new revenue streams, cross-sell opportunities, and expansion initiatives within key agency accounts
Collaborate with regional leadership teams to ensure the successful executionof partnership strategies in local markets
Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the advertising, media, and technology industries
Ensure the effectiveness management of resources to support global partnership initiatives
Your Background :
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
