About the Role :
The Rotational Program - Engineering Track is designed for early-career engineers and recent college graduates looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering teams in a fast-paced tech environment. Over the course of the program, participants will rotate through different engineering functions, such as infrastructure, machine learning, data engineering and front-end development, to develop a well-rounded technical foundation.
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to real-world projects, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and data scientists. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
