About the Role:
We are seeking an Originals Production Coordinator for the Production team to support Tubi Originals' full production lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring smooth workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production while driving collaboration between cross-functional teams. You will report to the Manager, Originals Production, and play a vital role in delivering high-quality original content for the Tubi platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Production Lifecycle: Assist in the entire production process from pre-production to delivery for all original scripted and unscripted productions, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Creative) and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on all production deliverables
- Asset Management: Track and manage all production assets, sharing them cross-functionally as needed to support project goals
- Database Support: Maintain and update the Originals Airtable database and other relevant databases, keeping accurate records of production milestones, contracts, budgets, and technical specifications
- Content Management: Ensure all production assets, metadata, and policy information are accurately ingested into Tubi’s Content Management System
- Project Launch Support: Monitor project launches and provide operational support to ensure seamless title rollouts on the Tubi platform
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and production service partners to streamline workflows
- Partner Onboarding: Onboard new partners to internal systems like Coupa, ensuring compliance with invoicing standards and procedures
- Special Projects: Be open to contributing to special projects and collaborative initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency
- Experience: 2-3 years as a coordinator, within streaming, film, or TV content
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of production workflows, data tracking, and current industry trends
- Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Airtable, Coupa, Frame.io, and other production management software
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving: A creative and analytical mindset focused on process improvement across both scripted and unscripted productions
