Tubman is seeking a full-time Youth Community Advocacy Manager to provide relevant program management to advance violence prevention education and comprehensive services in partnership with youth and families about healthy relationships and leadership through service delivery in schools, homes, and other community-based settings, including afterschool programs. Ensure streamlined and effective service delivery in partnership with schools, teams, youth, families, and other agencies, including law enforcement, to prevent violence and to provide comprehensive service access for youth
and families impacted by violence.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Housing & Youth Development and may supervise volunteers and interns.

The hiring salary for this position is $65,000 annually.
