Tubman is expanding the NorthStar Youth Outreach Center hours at the Maplewood Mall and is seeking a full-time Youth and Family Worker. In this role you serve youth by providing case management, youth leadership development opportunities, connections to resources and serve as a mentor to help build on the individual strengths of each youth. You will also collaborate on systems initiatives with external partners to ensure culturally grounded and meaningful services are accessible for youth and families. The salary for the position is $23.50 per hour.
