Pay: Performance-based pay structure with unlimited potential; we anticipate this role to make a minimum of $150,000 to $350,000 PLUS

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present and explain HVAC products and services to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive options
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to secure sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC products, services, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of in-home residential sales (trade experience is preferred)
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and interpersonal skills
- Extremely self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Salary : $150,000 - $350,000
