Compensation: $70,000 to $125,000 total compensation based on experience and department performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department, including dispatching and scheduling
- Manage and train plumbers and service technicians to ensure top-tier performance
- Maintain customer relations and address billing, warranty claims, and service needs
- Develop strategies to improve department profitability and efficiency
- Ensure service vehicles are stocked, clean, and well-maintained
- Coordinate service marketing initiatives and track performance metrics
- Handle quoting and approval of large repair jobs
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in leadership roles in plumbing
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing is highly desirable
- Proven experience in the ability to grow a department
- Ability to lead and inspire your team
- Advanced customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
