Pay Range: This is a commission-based role with an average compensation of $75,000 - $150,000, but top performers can earn well over the average if they are skilled and motivated. There is uncapped earning potential!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with precision and efficiency
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary follow-up actions
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Mentor and train apprentice plumbers and junior team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing service experience
- Navien certification is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
