Job Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Hours:
Mon-Thurs: 7 am- 430 pm
Fri: 7am- Noon
Pay- 30k-75k commissions depending on experience
NO WEEKENDS
Pay structure annually 30k-75k bonuses depending on experience. Abitilty to earn upcapped commission. Draw amount will depend on experience and will be discussed with our supervisor during your interview, but we can go as high as $100,000 per year, so our supervisors are very open to discussion!

- Source by cold calling new sales opportunities through inbound leads and resources, follow-ups and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Successfully build pipeline and close deals
- Effectively communicate our services to prospects over the phone
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with productivity
