- This position will be in office five days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
- File Management: Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Court Filings: Coordinate and handle electronic and manual filings with state and federal courts, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances, and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Correspondence Management: Draft and distribute routine correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
- Research Assistance: Perform basic legal or factual research as requested, utilizing court databases and other resources.
- Team Collaboration: Support attorneys and paralegals in various administrative and case-related tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

- Previous experience as a case assistant or file clerk preferred but open to other administrative backgrounds
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and file management.
- Ability to work with various platforms, including iServe and court record systems.
