Position Summary: Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports our eDiscovery Practice Group and litigation teams by managing and processing electronically stored information (ESI) efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience with eDiscovery platforms, strong technical skills, and a client-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
● Process and manage ESI using industry-standard eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Nuix, and Venio.
● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on eDiscovery workflows, project scoping, and front-end engineering.
● Oversee and execute data loading, processing, as well as data review and production workflows.
● Provide technical consultation and support for attorneys, litigation teams, and clients.
● Train and assist internal and external users on eDiscovery tools, best practices, and troubleshooting.
● Maintain project tracking systems and ensure timely project completion.
● Develop and refine best practices for eDiscovery workflows, documentation, and efficiency improvements.
● Assist with issue resolution for litigation technology tools and coordinate with vendors when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
● 2-3 years of litigation support/eDiscovery experience in a law firm or service provider environment.
● Experience with Relativity and Nuix.
● Experience with and implementation of Technology Assisted Review and/or AI powered workflows.
● eDiscovery or forensic certifications (e.g., RCA, RAS, CEDS) are a plus.
● Strong understanding of databases and data processing.
● Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, or scripting tools preferred.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service approach.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
