Hourly Rate:
Production Operator $19.00-$21.50/hour (daily and weekend OT at 1.5x pay rate)
Packaging Tech or Converting Tech $24.00-$26.00/ hour (daily and weekend OT at 1.5x pay rate)
Shifts: Potential to convert to 12 hour schedule in the future.
- Shift 1: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Shift 3: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking Production Assemblers and Packaging Technicians for a top global medical device company. The Production Assemblers will work on Inhalers, Transdermal Patches, or Nasal Sprayer devices while the Packaging Technicians are responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment, and will serve as line leaders. These roles involve ensuring production efficiency, safety, and quality control, and require collaboration with the maintenance and quality teams.
Successfully Hired Backgrounds: Aerospace Assembly, Electronic Assembly, Machine Technician for Food or Pharma or Medical, Kit Assembly, Compounder, Sample Tester, Raw Material Handler, Warehouse Assembly line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, maintain, set up, and adjust packaging machinery in compliance with Safety SOPs, GMPs, and Packaging Standards.
- Record production information accurately in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
- Verify material counts delivered to production lines and prepare returns and transfers as necessary.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Manage serialization processes efficiently.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback, contributing to team performance evaluations.
Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma preferred for Production role; Associate's degree preferred for Packaging role.
- Can assemble and operate packaging equipment.
- Attention to detail and strong understanding of GMP-regulatory and safety processes.
- Ability to lift 25-65 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to temporarily change shifts, work overtime, or assist in other departments as needed.
- Willingness to wear a respirator as required.
