Data Architect
Location : San Rafael, CA.
6 Month Assignment
Pay Rate : $78 / hr.
On behalf of our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in therapeutics for patients dealing with life threatening rare genetic diseases, we are seeking for a Data Architect that will lead the design and deployment of data solutions, focusing on the structure, integration, monitoring, storage, and governance of data. This role requires expertise in developing data pipelines, integrating business applications with data repositories, and deploying solutions such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify high-impact use cases.
- Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable data pipelines using Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Build robust, reusable data pipelines following best practices and coding standards.
- Prepare data for machine learning models in collaboration with data scientists, using Python scripts and SQL queries.
- Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and integration, monitoring pipeline performance, and resolving issues promptly.
- Document pipelines and processes to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
