Marketing Operations Manager
Location : San Rafael, CA (hybrid)
Pay Rate : $55-65 / hour
12-month assignment (potential to extend)

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting marketing operations and ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, U.S. Brand Management, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives in a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Promotional Review Board (PRB) process for reviewing and approving materials.
- Ensure timely FDA submissions through the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP).
- Maintain PRB agendas, meeting notes, and cross-functional updates.
