Vendor Management Specialist
Location : Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
6 : 30AM - 3 : 30PM M-F Hybrid days tbd
12-month assignment (potential to extend)
Pay rate : $25 - $30 / hour
On behalf of our medical device client, we are seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to support the Operations Department. You will be responsible to maintain and update the Laboratory and Hospital vendor databases to support the Outside Testing program. Support new and existing Laboratories / Hospitals to ensure their satisfaction and continued participation in the program.
IDV / healthcare background – clinical / medical knowledge are preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Creates and maintains Department Vendor database; serve as the point of contact for SAP Vendor Master
- Updates master data and databases as required to ensure accuracy and alignment with the Supplier
- Ability to work successfully with internal as well as external customers.
- Interprets complicated instructions and communicates procedural changes affecting department processes.
- Works with the manager to resolve the most complex issues arising in the work area.
