Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst, Senior (Soarian)
Location : Remote (Open to Southern California)
Direct Hire
Salary : $110,000-115,000 / year (exempt)
Work Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM
Interview Process : 2-3 steps via video / Teams
Overview :
On behalf of our client a private university located in Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst that will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of revenue cycle systems. This role collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership to optimize and troubleshoot various revenue cycle applications, including PBAR, MedSeries4, and Soarian. The analyst will work on full life cycle implementations, provide ongoing support, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications. Ensure data integrity and system security.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, set goals, manage timelines, and facilitate team and cross-functional meetings.
- Provide support to end-users, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to the revenue cycle systems.
- Analyze needs and design solutions that meet operational requirements. Work on scope development and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for business transformation and innovation to resolve workflow challenges.
- Maintain knowledge of system design, build, and infrastructure. Serve as a technical resource and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Create and maintain standard and custom reports using tools such as IBM Showcase, QlikView, and Cerner Command Language (CCL).
- Provide training for new and current staff on applicable systems and applications.
