Marketing Specialist 
Location: San Jose, CA
5-month assignment (potential to extend)
Pay Rate: $55-64/hour

Are you a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for marketing and digital workflows? Join our client in the computer hardware and  dynamic team and play a key role in driving website projects, optimizing digital asset management, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives!

• Lead website projects, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

• Manage project intake, vet requests, and coordinate scheduling and resourcing.

• Organize and facilitate weekly status meetings to keep projects on track.

• Ensure quality control of deliverables through rigorous checks and balances.

• Support digital asset management and marketing automation systems, optimizing workflows and training teams on best practices.

• Oversee third-party paid campaigns, working cross-functionally to maximize impact.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and communication strategies.

• Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe AEM and Asana is a plus.

• BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
