Pharmaceutical Lab Technician
Location : Novato, CA (On-Site)
Pay Rate : $28.00-$32.20 / HR (Annual of $69k-83k depending on shift )
Must be open to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
1-year w-2 contract role (Strong potential to extend or convert to Full-Time Employee)
Shifts are available in various formats including 5 x 8 hour shifts, 4 x 10 hour shifts, 3 x 12 hour shifts, and 4 x 12 hour shifts. Manufacturing operations run 24 / 7, necessitating coverage for multiple off shifts. Shift assignments will be discussed during interviews.

Key Responsibilities : Gain essential knowledge in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including but not limited to mammalian cell culture, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, column chromatography, protein purification, and formulation of bulk drug substance.
- Operate large-scale bioprocess equipment for Cell Culture and Purification operations.
- Prepare buffer and media solutions accurately.
- Develop experience with automation systems (LIMS, MES, PI, etc.).
- Utilize techniques such as PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, and Western Blot.
Qualifications : A Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field OR
Salary : $69,000 - $83,000
