- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
- 1 years of laboratory experience.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Experience with reagent preparation, inventory management, and LIMS.
- Knowledge of GMP and QC principles.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations is preferred.
