Our management team needs to fill an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent/Tax Credit Leasing Agent. We currently operate a 272 unit property. We’re looking for a friendly and eager individual who has at least one to two years of sales experience and knowledge of Fair Housing Compliance Laws. As a Leasing Agent, you will be in direct contact with our current and prospective renters and expected to handle showings, lease signings, renewals, and move outs.'

Duties and Responsibilities
- New client file is given to tax credit clerk for review of documents, check calculations on income.
- Make sure file is organized
- Submit to manager for approval
- Process all recertifications paperwork. Then submit to manager for approval.
- Process all lease renewals, make sure the lease is up to date and maintained in accordance with Tax credit Law and Fair Housing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
