WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A HVAC SALES MANAGER :
- A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Valid driver's license
- A proven track record of building a motivated and successful sales team
- Consistent achievement of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives
