We are a full-service provider of lumber and building products with an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional team of sales representatives ready to serve our customers from our 2 locations in Tuckerton and Surf City.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales:
- Welcome and identify customer needs.
- Enter and process customer orders into the computer system.
- Answer incoming sales calls.
- Follow up with customer order status and needs.
Qualifications for Inside Sales:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Desire to work hard as a team and be a part of our work family.
- Reliable, punctual with strong work ethic
- Can pick up item or boxes weighing 50#
