What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping House Person position at Tucson Hotel Management, LLC?
The House Person is responsible for assisting all Housekeeping personnel in the performance of cleaning rooms and public areas. House People are expected to proactively do whatever necessary in accordance with Company policies and procedures, to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction!
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist Room Attendants in cleaning guest rooms including delivering linens to the rooms, removing linens from the floor, removing trash from rooms and the property grounds, lifting and moving heavy furniture, cleaning heavily soiled floors, carpets, furniture, and equipment.
- Cleaning rooms, in entirety, if needed.
- Wash all windows not accessible to Room Attendants.
- Help restock Room Attendant carts.
- Remove dirty linen from suite attendant cleaning carts or designated areas and deliver to laundry.
- Assist in cleaning laundry and keeping it fully supplied.
- Assist Laundry Attendant.
- Clean all public areas, as directed by Supervisor
- Carry out any reasonable request by Management and Management Company.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to walk and stand during the entire shift, a minimum of five hours at once.
- Ability to move at a fast pace.
- Continually reaches, bends, lifts, carries, stoops and wipes during the entire shift.
- Able to lift 65 pounds.
- Able to work a varied schedule including holidays, weekends, and nights as the business dictates.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
