What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Leaders in Training Coordinator (seasonal) position at Tucson JCC?
Work with Camp J staff team to provide an intentional summer experience, where all campers can discover, learn, and grow. This dynamic individual will be responsible for an administrative role coordinating and leading our Nisayon Unit (leaders in training) . The Nisayon Coordinator will need great organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to lead 9th and 10th graders. This staff member will be responsible for upholding the policies and philosophy of camp, maintaining a positive attitude, the ability to communicate with their unit, guest speakers, and field trip locations. Our goal for pur leaders in Training is to learn life skills centered around the workforce while growing their leadership skills through camp. Staff training will be May 12-16th & May 18-22. Camp will run from 5/27-7/25.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Preferred)
