The Production Prep position performs all tasks related to preparing for tamale production and other assigned prep duties: emptying and loading kettles, cutting/grating cheese, cutting meat, mixing tamale fillings, making masa batches, product rotation. Cleaning prep area during shift and completing end of shift sanitation.

Kitchen and/or Prep experience required.
