MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Arizona Elementary Certificate with Art Approved Area OR Art K-12 Endorsement
OR
- Arizona Middle Grades Certificate with Art Approved Area OR Art K-12 Endorsement
OR
- Arizona Secondary Certificate with Art Approved Area OR Art K-12 Endorsement
OR
- Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Art Approved Area
OR
- Arizona Arts Education - Art PreK-12 Certificate
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students
- Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

- Visual Arts Fine Arts Teacher pay range $47,400 to $54,900/year

- LOCATION: Secrist Middle School - Houghton and Golf Links Area
- FTE : 1.0 - 7.5 hours per day
- Work Calendar: 9.5 month
- Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
