Receptionist
SUMMARY
Responsible for taking care of guests and customers. Work mainly involves interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through phone calls, and receptionist duties in support of TUSD schools and departments.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
One (1) year of clerical and/or receptionist experience
Basic computer and word processing skills
Customer Service Experience
Experience taking and transferring telephone calls
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check required.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
COMMENTS
Receptionist pay rate start at $15.45/hour
Effective: 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Human Resources - 1010 E. 10th St
Temporary position - Not eligible for district benefits
