Job Summary:
The Shuttle Driver is a line level position that ensures day-to-day tasks of the facility are met. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for knowing, understanding, and upholding company policies and procedures while also providing an excellent guest experience.
Accountabilities:
The Shuttle Driver will be accountable for successfully executing the following responsibilities:
- Interact and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Transports guests while following hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with transport of guests belongings (e.g. luggage, equipment, etc.).
- Record all passengers in logbook.
- Provide service support to the front desk staff, when asked.
- Deliver items to guests.
- Fuel vehicle when necessary.
- Follow established safety and security procedures.
- Document maintenance and other pertinent information into logbook and notify the Manger on duty.
- Abide by safety procedures and perform daily inspections of vehicles.
- When needed, take vehicles for maintenance checkups.
- Ensure the shuttle bus is cleaned properly inside and out.
- Any additional tasks assigned by Department Managers or Supervisors.
- Complete all Hilton required training by set deadline.

Qualifications Required:
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- Customer service
Physical Requirements:
- Candidates must meet physical requirements to effectively perform job responsibilities, which includes frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, ability to traverse stairs with no difficulty, and lifting up to forty pounds.
