Tudor Oaks is looking for a Health Information Manager!
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Starting hourly wage from $24.00 and up, based on experience!
As the Health Information Manager at Tudor Oaks, your primary duties will be to establish and maintain medical records/health information systems following the current federal, state and local regulations that specifically govern the long-term care and assisted living facilities. As the HIM Manager, you'll have one direct report that you'll provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all aspects of HIM in compliance with applicable laws/regulations. You'll assist with collection and assembly of records for committee reviews, ensure incomplete records/charts are returned to the appropriate depts for correction, assists the MDS Coord. with scheduling assessments, help prepare admission records and charts for newly admitted residents, and much more!
- Starting pay $24.00/hr and up, based on experience

What You Need:
- Associates degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or equivalent combination of experience and certifications in Health Information and Medical Records
- Minimum 2yrs HIM experience preferred, but not required
- Superb oral and written communications skills to effectively communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, management, conflict resolution, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive atmosphere while developing and maintaining relationships within the organization and in the community
