Overview
Tudor's Biscuit World Cashiers work various front counter positions including dining room cashier, drive thru cashier and bagger. Cashiers provide our customers friendly, accurate and efficient service balancing speed and efficiency with pride in their work and respect for their teammates, managers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders with speed, accuracy and friendliness.
- Process customer payments with accuracy.
- Bag and tray customer orders according to standard procedures.
- Suggest additional items to customers as directed by management.
- Relate to the Person in Charge any issues or concerns customers may raise.
- Meet company standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods.
- Set a good example for coworkers with a positive attitude.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Must enjoy working early morning hours.
- Ensure reliable transportation to work.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Reach and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures.
- Handle hot equipment and products safely.
- Work at a pace consistent with changing business demands.
- Learn quickly, including basic cash register technology.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Age 16 or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
